MagicaMon 

Joining and using "MagicaMon" indicates that you have read and agreed to this agreement, and your user activity will comply with it. Given that "MagicaMon" is neither an industry nor a company related to national welfare, people's livelihoods, or monopolies, you can choose not to join or use "MagicaMon" if you disagree with this usage agreement.

This agreement is jointly concluded by you and INNORI, holding contractual effect. Both parties are referred to as "Parties" in this agreement. INNORI, also referred to as "MagicaMon" in this agreement, is located at 370 Turnbull Canyon Rd.

1. Content and Signing of the Agreement

  1. The content of this agreement includes the main text and all various rules that "MagicaMon" has published or may publish in the future. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any services provided by "MagicaMon" and its affiliates are subject to this agreement, except where mandatory provisions of laws and regulations stipulate otherwise.
  2. By clicking "I have read and agree to the MagicaMon User Agreement" when registering a "MagicaMon" account, you are deemed to accept this agreement and all rules, agreeing to be bound by them. You should carefully read and fully understand the content of this agreement before using the "MagicaMon" services. If you have any questions regarding the agreement, you should consult "MagicaMon". Regardless of whether you have actually read the contents of this agreement before using the services, once you register or continue using "MagicaMon", you are deemed to accept this agreement.
  3. You promise to accept and comply with the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to this agreement, you should immediately stop the registration process or stop using "MagicaMon".
  4. "MagicaMon" has the right to formulate and modify this agreement and/or various rules as needed and announce them via the platform. The revised agreement and rules will automatically take effect once announced. You should regularly check the latest agreement and rules on the platform. If you disagree with the changes, you should immediately stop using the services. Continuing to use the services means that you accept the revised agreement and rules. Each provision of this agreement and the rules (and their respective revisions) is severable. If any provision is deemed illegal, invalid, revoked, changed, or unenforceable for any reason, it does not affect the legality, validity, and enforceability of the other provisions.

2. Account Management

  1. Eligibility to Apply: You must be a natural person with full civil rights and full capacity for civil conduct. If you do not meet this requirement, you and your guardian will bear all consequences, and "MagicaMon" has the right to cancel (permanently freeze) your "MagicaMon" account and seek compensation from you and your guardian.
  2. Account: Upon completing the registration or using the "MagicaMon" services in a way permitted by the platform, "MagicaMon" will provide you with a unique account ID. You must keep your account and password secure and bear responsibility for all actions taken using your account.

3. Usage Guidelines and Regulations

While using "MagicaMon" services, you commit to the following usage guidelines:

  1. The correctness of your registration information.
  2. Notify "MagicaMon" promptly of any changes to your information.
  3. Avoid malicious activities like fraudulent registration, clicks, or fake transactions.
  4. Follow national laws, regulations, and the rules of "MagicaMon". Do not harm others' legal rights or violate this agreement. Should you breach these commitments and cause legal consequences, you assume full responsibility and indemnify "MagicaMon" from any losses.

Violations may result in various penalties including freezing or deleting accounts, revoking invitation rewards, blacklisting accounts, or legal action where necessary.

4. Special Authorization

You fully understand and irrevocably grant "MagicaMon" and its affiliates the following rights:

  1. If you breach any commitments made to "MagicaMon" or its affiliates, "MagicaMon" may impose restrictions on your account, including suspending or terminating services, and publish information about the violation.
  2. If you violate this agreement, "MagicaMon" has the right to notify its affiliates or partners to impose restrictions on your rights, including account balance clearance or termination of services.

5. Scope of Responsibility and Liability Limitation

"MagicaMon" only provides services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items involved in third-party transactions. You assume the risks and responsibility of verifying the authenticity and legality of items.

"MagicaMon" is not liable for:

  1. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
  2. Costs and losses related to goods or services purchased via "MagicaMon".
  3. Misunderstandings of the services.
  4. Losses from causes beyond "MagicaMon's" control.

In any case, the total liability of "MagicaMon" will not exceed the value of the goods or services related to your claim.

6. Termination of the Agreement

"MagicaMon" reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without liability under certain conditions, such as violation of the agreement. Upon termination, "MagicaMon" has no obligation to retain or disclose any account information.

7. Privacy Policy

"MagicaMon" promises not to disclose any of your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
